This class is not for beginners! First timers are NOT recommended. Students need to have taken atleast 3-4 weeks of level 1 classes before attending level 2 pole classes. It’s time to build your core & upper body strength. Students no longer use their legs in this class. You learn better hand placement, technique, strengthen core, expand your pole repertoire, learn combinations, transitions, and help perfect your spins! You’ll increase endurance, fluidity and become more aware of your body!
